The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the station and nearby parks. I loved having a complete kitchen setup; it was nice to prepare a few simple meals. The staff were friendly, always ready to help with a smile!
The lack of daily cleaning was a big bummer, especially after a week-long stay. The room felt cramped for four people, and we struggled with luggage space. Plus, the fridge wasn’t working properly, which was super inconvenient. I expected a bit more from the service for the price.

The apartment-style setup felt like home, with essentials like a microwave, fridge, and washing machine. I appreciated the user-friendly guide to the electronics. Despite a minor hiccup with the baby bed, the overall cleanliness and friendly staff made up for it. The location near Ueno Station and attractions like Ueno Zoo was perfect for family bonding.

I really enjoyed the spacious setup of our room with three full-size beds and a sofa bed, perfect for our family of five. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the subway and plenty of great dining options, and the staff was accommodating!
The food for breakfast could benefit from more variety and options.

cut to the chase, here's my take
Perfect location near Ueno station, this place is a gem! The Superior Triple Room we stayed in had a kitchen ideal for cooking delicious seafood from Ameyoko, and the in-room washer and dryer were convenient for laundry. Everything was within walking distance-amazing dining, shopping, and Ueno Park nearby!

Spacious Family Accommodations in a Prime Location
The room was spacious with 3 full-sized beds and a sofa bed. It's conveniently located near Ueno station, which allowed easy access to local attractions and eateries. The staff was attentive and helpful. Having free bottled water and scooters available was a nice touch. One area for improvement could be better soundproofing in the rooms.

Location near Ueno Station was great for exploring Tokyo. The washing machine in our Superior Twin Room made laundry easy, especially with kids. Staff were helpful and attentive. The room felt small for a family, and the beds weren't very comfortable. It would have been nice if room service included daily cleaning. Check-in was a bit confusing since no one was at the reception desk. Luggage storage was unsecured, which didn't sit well with me.
